Humbition started by evaluating two possible new offerings (Azure and ServiceNow). Based on market and customer intelligence, we decided it was more complementary for the client with ServiceNow given its core is business modernization & process automation. Before taking the journey to build out the new offering and refine the direction of the firm, we took a step back to get to know the CEO in and out by understanding his purpose, how he runs the firm, relationship with employees and partners, and vision for the business. We wanted to make sure the new direction and positioning of the firm truly reflects his voice and integrates with his purpose, vision and style.
