Humbition led the customer journey discovery and remapping by partnering with internal SMEs, vendor partners and end customers. We aligned conceptual to-be designs by applying ICE (integrate, consolidate, eliminate) on cycle time, automating daily operations to provide the organization with opportunities to upskill and focusing on simplifying data exchanges to minimize security risks.
