Humbition partnered with the Port of Seattle in designing the program. What was most critical was conducting a fair process in certifying the new taxi operators. The program was rolled out to the eligible taxi operators to submit their pilot application, We conducted data validation to ensure the taxi operators are qualified based on their operating history, then final certification with public facing lottery format in finalizing the taxi pilot program winners.
