Humbition partnered with Reva Solutions on this engagement where Humbition leads the client experience and management (PMO and Change Management) and Reva Solutions provides development support. To realize this pilot, Humbition created Project Operating Model to drive agile prioritization, resource management, and delivery flow. Additionally, we created Change Management framework to land the new platform across CDC and external partners.
