Humbition led the PMO for this engagement - designing transparent roadmap, project schedule, and resource modeling. The team was formed with a seasoned Forensic Accountant to help resolve trust account delta investigation and form process improvements to prevent control gaps in the future. Additionally, we were designated to provide process recommendations on Daily Balancing, Bank Reconciliation, Collections and Interest, Community Service and Time Pay, Opening Balances, Open Transactions, and Closed Transactions.
