A boutique macaron retail based out of a socially disadvantaged area in Seattle. The owner has a deep desire to expand the operations so he can provide more opportunities to his team and the community.

Humbition started by understanding the macaron's market in the Seattle area and studied intensively on potential differentiation. In parallel, working closely with the owner on operational benchmarking to ensure the business becomes more profitable as it expands and branding strategy moves from retail & wholesale orientation to premium product & brand. Moreover, with plan to scale up on production with new facility. We ideated with the owner on new channels & segments to go after (wineries, restaurants, airlines, etc.) then introduced him to new prospects for potential pilots and partnerships.
