Humbition partnered with Reva Solutions on this engagement where Humbition leads the client experience and management (PMO and Business Analysis) and Reva Solutions provides expertise on cloud architecture.  To fast-track this cloud migration assessment, Humbition created Project Operating Model for transparent engagement rhythm, organized future state requirements sessions, and co-authored the assessment report. We operated with singular focus of customer experience before technology and business transformation by redefining the future of air travel.
